@hollie Oh, no WONDER, thank you! 🐯

@Miraz If I can't be graceful, I can at least be creative! 😂
Reversing the Aging Clock: The Science of Telomere Extension

@jcrabapple It's interesting to me that they didn't talk about nutritional ways to extend telomeres. Christopher D Garnder showed this with the twins study and a whole food plant-based diet, but there have been others, too.
@superball Thank you! 💜 And everyone knows that barbed wire was designed that way to mimic tiger claw spacing!
@hollie Oh, no WONDER, thank you! 🐯
@hollie one detail proposal, you took your glasses off, but unfortunately the soon to be vanquished didn't, and that's what cut your knuckles!
@shom Yes! It's like you've done this before! 😅
@hollie
Ohhh yep! There are scars on my arm from a tiger attack. The tiger’s claws, remarkably, were spaced the same as the barbs in a barbed-wire fence. (All the best in healing. 🩵)

Agghgh! CRAP. I burned the backs of four of my fingers trying to finagle a rack into the oven.
Let’s see, what story will these scars tell? I think they’ll be from a bare knuckle fight in my youth. At a Denny’s. Yeah. In the parking lot. Over…hmmm…I wanna say…a plot disagreement about a Jane Austen novel. The conflict became too heated. So we took off our glasses and we went for it.
And I still carry the scars.

@shom Oh I hadn't gotten that far! 😅 But details matter, though you don't want to be TOO detailed....hmmm.....let's make it easy to remember and say Pride and Prejudice.

@hollie nah you fought a dragon and chased them away.
@TresFluke Lol no one who knew me would believe that. Maybe that I tried to coax a dragon home and pissed it off, that they'd believe.
@hollie I’m a big fan of my silicone oven mitts. And I almost always remember to wear them! Where I still get fresh scars is on my forearms.
@EllenInEdmonton Okay wanna know the funny part? I was wearing a silicone mitt. On my right hand. I burned the left hand.
@hollie which novel??
(Feel better)

@Her_Doing Oh. my. god. 😂 This is hilarious!
This is a highly relatable article
@jayeless It's fun being a parent, isn't it. 😅
